Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through the PashuKart store (feed, medicines, machinery and products) within the app.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

• Damaged, defective or wrong items may be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Perishable goods, opened medicines and used machinery are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Livestock Transactions

Animal purchases are arranged directly between buyer and seller and are not covered by this refund policy. Please inspect animals before payment.
