Marketplace Role

Maha Pashu Bazar is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of livestock and farm products. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not own the animals or products listed.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate listing information, including the animal's health, age and breeding details.
• Comply with all applicable animal welfare, transport and local laws.
• Do not post fraudulent, prohibited or misleading listings.

Listings & Verification

Listings go live only after admin approval. A Trust Shield is granted only after verification, but buyers must still inspect animals before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the quality, health, legality or safety of items listed, or for disputes between users. Transactions are conducted at users' own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
