Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to physical products ordered through the PashuKart store.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on a base charge plus a per-kilogram rate for the total order weight, and are shown before you pay.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

You can view your order status and tracking details in the My Orders section of the app.

Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, regional restrictions or unforeseen events. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
